Account, credit, and payment terms

Accounts and free access

Public methods, guides, and the basic finder are free. Registering an account after signing in with ChatGPT and accepting these terms provides a one-time grant of 3 credits. Welcome credits last 7 days and do not automatically convert into a payment or subscription. Accounts and credits cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

Using credits

Saving one detailed selection answer/report costs 1 credit. The cost is shown before the action, and a credit is deducted only when the report is saved. Retrying the same request or reopening/downloading an existing report does not deduct an additional credit. Credits expiring soonest are used first.

Prices and validity

• Project Pack: USD 19 for 20 credits, valid for 365 days from payment, with no automatic renewal.
• Engineer: USD 29 per month, with 60 credits per paid billing period.
• Pro: USD 79 per month, with 200 credits per paid billing period.

Monthly credits expire at the end of the paid period without rollover. Separately purchased packs keep their own expiry dates regardless of subscription status. Expired allowances and payment history remain recorded. Expiry notices are shown in your account; automatic email reminders are not provided.

Monthly subscriptions and cancellation

Monthly subscriptions renew at the same price after you explicitly agree at checkout. Cancel before the next renewal from your account or PayPal’s automatic-payment settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not immediately remove credits from a period already paid for. Failed or suspended payments do not grant a new monthly allowance.

Payment and currency

Checkout is in USD, with the same plan prices in English and Korean. Review the merchant and final amount on PayPal before approving. Your payment method may apply conversion or international-payment fees. PayPal does not support domestic payments between accounts registered in Korea. Local KRW checkout is not currently offered.

The site does not store card numbers or card passwords. Credits are granted only after payment is verified with PayPal, not merely because a browser returns from an approval screen.

Refunds and payment problems

Within 14 days of payment, you may request a full refund if none of the credits from that payment have been used. Requests involving partial use, later dates, duplicate payments, or service errors are reviewed against transaction/use records and applicable law. Submitting a request does not itself issue a refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

If a refund, reversal, or payment dispute is reported, remaining credits from the affected payment may be put on hold. A displayed credit expiry does not extinguish statutory refund, withdrawal, or defect-remedy rights. Mandatory law takes precedence over these terms.

Scope of reports

Reports support selection using the listed references and matching rules. They do not guarantee suitability, stock, price, lead time, or actual sample performance. Reports do not use an external generative-AI service; questions outside the known methods/model coverage require further verification. Final selection requires sample tests and engineering review.
