A few clear rules
One clearly priced action
The 1-credit cost is shown before you create a report. Failed saves, retries of the same request, and reopening or downloading an existing report do not cost extra.
Visible expiry dates
Your account shows balances and expiry dates. Credits expiring soonest are used first. Expired credits and payment records remain in your history.
Manage your subscription
Subscriptions renew monthly at the displayed price. Cancel future renewals from your account at any time; remaining credits from the paid period stay usable until their expiry.
Language and billing currency
All checkout prices are in USD and stay the same when you change language. Your payment provider may apply currency conversion costs. Local KRW checkout is not currently available.
